Questions
Good to know.
A few things students and families often ask.
We offer individual preparation for the SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, and other standardized examinations. Our programs cover the language, mathematics, and reasoning skills required by each test, with instruction adapted to the student’s starting point and goals.
The Residency is our one-to-one SAT and ACT preparation program, offered in 60- and 80-hour formats. Each engagement begins with an assessment, followed by a course of study developed around the student’s needs, objectives, and testing schedule.
Yes. We prepare university graduates and working professionals for examinations such as the GMAT and GRE. We begin by discussing your academic background, target programs, and preparation timeline before recommending an approach.
The earlier we can plan, the better. SAT and ACT preparation often begins in 10th or 11th grade, while graduate and English-proficiency examinations follow different timelines. We’ll help you determine a sensible starting point based on your goals and upcoming deadlines.
Working individually allows us to see how someone approaches a problem, identify misunderstandings, and adjust the explanation when needed. We can spend more time where it matters and move ahead when the student is ready.
A correct answer doesn’t always mean something has been learned. We look at practice performance, recurring errors, and whether students can explain and solve unfamiliar problems independently. Our approach incorporates established learning practices, including feedback, retrieval practice, and spaced review.
Yes. Our advisory practice helps students and families explore universities, plan applications, develop essays, and make informed decisions about academic and career opportunities. Advisory services are available independently of examination preparation.
Start by telling us what you’re working toward. We’ll discuss your goals, explain the assessment process where applicable, and recommend an appropriate program. We’ll also provide information about tuition, scheduling, and availability before enrollment.
